构型设计
木塑复合材料挤出过程中，螺杆的构型起着十分重要的作用。合理的螺杆结构能降低螺杆与木纤维的摩擦，产生适当的剪切和分散混合，使含有大量木粉的物料体系能很好的均匀塑化。模具设计和冷却定型除了保证流道设计的圆滑过渡与合理的流量分配，木塑复合材料由于对于建压能力与温度控制精度有更高的要求。要获得好的纤维取向和制品质量就要确保机头有足够的建压能力和长的定型段，甚至在压缩段和定型段采用双锥度结构。木塑复合材料的导热性差，且其制品多为异型材，冷却定型较困难，多采用水冷定型。冷却流道合理设计保证高效冷。材料性能
