基 板：采用12mm厚三聚氰胺中纤板或刨花板(PVC封边),后板可灵活拆卸,利于隐藏水电管道的维护修复。
主框架：采用Ø50mm*2 mm（方型30mm*30mm）特殊研制铝型材框架，内置框架采用15mm*15mm特殊研制铝型材框架，柜体间转角将根据产品内部结构之差异，采用模具开发锌合金连插件连接，使整体框架结构更为合理，其承重性能及整个台体的稳定性特别强；铝型材表面经电泳、静电粉沫喷涂处理，具有耐腐蚀、防火、防潮等功能。
